By installing the "Alarm Monitoring" package on your existing, or new pump station installation, you can receive a phone message, e-mail message, or both anytime a parameter inside of the station gets outside of the ranges you set up. How it works:National Pump Companies Alarm Monitoring package "watches" your pump station while you are away. When conditions you set up are met, a "cell phone" call is generated that alerts the web site of the exact problem with your station. The parameters at the web site are checked, and phone messages/e-mail messages you have configured are initiated. You then have the option to acknowledge the alarm, or not. If you choose not to acknowledge the alarm, the next person on the list will be notified, and so on, until someone acknowledges the alarm. You can also choose to have the technicians at National Pump notified of your problem.
