We’ve enjoyed a 37-year relationship with Gorman-Rupp. The addition of National pump, operating under its own brand, to their family of products is a success story. National pump benefited from the quality and support Gorman-Rupp companies are famous for while bringing expertise in vertical / submersible turbine pumps to our customers. Our customers are engineers, consultants, contractors, and communities that appreciate the cost to value National Pump delivers to the Water Utility Industry. Our company, much like most pump companies, has been very busy the past several years due to the severe drought in California. We have always been provided with quick and courteous service by the Fowler facility. We have faith in the bowl selections for our Deep Set Turbine Pumps because they allow the use of the Extra Lateral needed for deep settings.

The High Pro Head Assembly is a hit with many of our customers as well. We also find much comfort in the knowledge and help received by NPC Fowler with any questions regarding their products and bowl selections.

Sam Jorgensen Pump Co., Inc. has been in business since 1926. I am the third generation and there is an active fourth generation. Our main emphasis is Agricultural Turbine Pumps and our Central California area is represented by all the major manufacturers. We have been a loyal National Pump Company customer for probably 15 years now and they have been very helpful during our 5 year drought. I try not to demand fast service, but when I must, the Fresno Branch has always been able to respond to our customer’s timeline. If there were a pump that performed better and was as consistent, I’d be using it. The staff in Fowler is the best trained and most experienced of any pump manufacturer in Central California.

Pecos Well Service has been purchasing American Turbine Bowls for a while now, and I’ve got to say National Pump has been a good company to deal with. Our NPC salesman is knowledgeable in designing and selling pump packages. We have been fortunate to have developed satisfied and loyal customers that have used both American Turbine and National Pump turbine and submersible bowls. We have had nightmares with other turbine bowl companies in the past, where the bowls just didn’t pump what they were supposed to pump. Not the case with National and American Turbine products!
